At Khavach, we are committed to delivering premium-quality, 100% cold-pressed and natural products. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received in a leaking or defective condition
- Product missing from the order
Return Request Timeline
Any return or replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with:
- Order number/details
- Photographs or video of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
Replacement / Refund
Once the issue is verified by our team:
- A replacement product may be shipped, or
- A refund may be processed to the original payment method
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and can take 5–10 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery
- Requests raised after the specified timeline
